About Barbra Miner

Barbra Miner has provided highly valued coaching, consulting, and training services for over 30 years within the healthcare industry, non-profit organizations, for-profit corporations who are world-leaders in technology, as well as universities. She was the Director of Professional Development for Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California Region for over 10 years, where she was rated as a very effective, trusted leader with strong integrity and credibility.

She has worked as a successful independent consultant since 2002. She uses diagnostic skills to assess clients’ needs, and offers customized solutions to achieve their desired outcomes.

Barbra teaches an online graduate course on leadership for West Coast University's Master of Health Administration program.

Barbra earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from CSUN.
